Hello! I’m Edla
In thirty years working as an educator and therapist I have had countless insights into the challenges of being in the sandwich generation.
One-Eighty is my passion project for you and in memory of my parents. It is designed to help you care for your aging parents in an easier way so you can engage and appreciate the good days and survive and thrive on the bad days.
“My mother and I have had a difficult relationship. Now as she is challenged by her loss of control and physical abilities, our relationship has become more contentious. Edla has offered me so many strategies. She actually gave me a script to use in talking with mom to encourage her in cooperative behaviors.”
